Terms and conditions for Annual Junior Program Tuition
Please be
mindful of studio hours of operation. Parents you are given a 15 minute
grace period to pick up your dancer from class. Our Front Office staff
should be notified if you should have an extenuating circumstance for
being late. Please be aware that continued truancy will cause you to be
assessed a "Late Pick Up Fee" that will be posted to your Front Desk
Account.
Tuition - Your dancer's tuition is
due monthly by the first class of each month. If your tuition is not
paid by the 15th of the month your account will incur a $15 late fee and
you will be responsible for bringing your account current immediately.
Missed
Classes - The only instance that you will not be charged for a full
months tuition is if your dancer does not attend class for the month.
Tuition is not prorated it is a monthly charge. Make up classes may be
available on a case by case basis.
Non-Refundable Fees - Annual Showcase and Registration fees are non-refundable fees that must be paid at time of registration.
Access
to Class - Parents are not permitted to sit in dance class unless
invited by Instructor. There is a Parent Observation Week that allows
parents to view their dancers progress and during Parents are encouraged
to sit in on classes during that week.
Costume
Orders - It is the Parents responsibility to ensure that their dancers
costume orders are placed accurately with costume manager. Costume
orders start the 2nd week in November and Parents are encouraged to
place orders by January to ensure costumes are received by our Showcase
in May.
Late - When a dancer arrives late to
class they must wait patiently and be invited in by their instructor.
No dancer will be permitted to attend class if they are more than 20
minutes late.
2016 Showcase weekend will be May 21 and May 22. Location: TBD
Electronic
Free ZONE - The studio is an Electronic free environment. Please do
not allow your dancer to bring any electronic devices in the studio.
Dancers are permitted to have their cell phones but they may only use
them for emergencies.
